Spotify is still broken after deleting

and re-downloading after

If you still haven't solved this then maybe try the below:

Are you using windows? In that case try going into App volume and device preferences under sound settings and just nudge the volume bars for spotify, that somehow unmuted spotify for me.

It has nothing to do with sound the songs just stop after 9 seconds
