Can you keep the bookmark bar when it is hidden on common tabs?

In chrome, I used to hide the bookmark bar (Ctrl+Shift+B). When I do that, chrome will hide the bar on common tabs, but keep showing it on the default new tab, so I can view the bookmarks easily without losing visiable area. However, this extension will hide the bar. Is it possible to keep it? ———————————————— Chinese version: 我一般习惯设置隐藏书签栏，这个时候chrome会把其它页面的书签栏都隐藏了，但是默认新标签页的书签栏会保留。这样我就可以在保留最大可视面积的同时方便地访问书签栏。这个插件目前会把新标签页的书签栏也隐藏掉，请问有办法避免吗？

It's not possible to use default chrome new tab if you are using a new tab extension. Because chrome doesn't provide a way to modify its own default new tab, what the new tab extension can do is overriding the default new tab. If you want to view your bookmarks, you can visit this page chrome://bookmarks/.
