spoiler element #19

It would be useful to have a spoiler element that can be dynamically expanded by the user - mostly for questions and mini-exerices on lesson pages. Goal: implement custom reST directive that generates specific HTML which can be later opened by the user.

Actually, no JS was needed. Done in 96a37532263fd92cc68d42bdb008fe960232de1c.
