Use clients language for material names #13

This PR uses the clients language for displaying material names.

All new files except src/main/java/ru/xezard/items/remover/data/ItemsManager.java are for Gradle, since I couldn't get it compiled with Java 16 with Maven.

Would fix https://github.com/Xezard/XItemsRemover/issues/12
