"readAsBinaryString()" and "readAsArrayBuffer()" not yet supported #72

The methods "readAsBinaryString()" and "readAsArrayBuffer()" of class 
FileReader are not supported in gwt-phonegap. 

Both methods are part of Phonegap since v 2.5. It would be great if they were 
included in the gwt-phonegap wrapper, too.

Version Info: 
 - Phonegap [1.5; 2.9.0.rc1]
 - gwt-phonegap, 2.4.0.0
