Create a cost estimate for all resources needed for XkOps #52

We need to come up with an estimate cost of all the resources need for XkOps in AWS, so we can get approval for it. Then a seperate account will be created just for XkOps.

I am attaching the document for cost breakdown of XkOps infrastructure. I have reduced the hours to 12 hours a day as the budget approved was around $100.
