Add TE to the vanilla Workbench

Although this should be a config option (default to true),

The crafting bench should also have a TE to prevent dropping the items when the GUI is closed.

It needs to update every time the slots are changed.

Also, need to add that GUI to the NEI plugin.

Pending:

update to the NEI plugin to allow the recipes overlays (DONE)
bug: workbench not dropping items when destroyed (FIXED)
config option to let the users choose if they want to use my version of the crafting table or not (DONE)
