Encoder's button doesn't work every time. #6

Sometimes, the button _seems_ to work, but when the chip is picked, it didn't really work.

I'm gonna rewrite it. The button will tell the current mode: Encoding / Clearing. The encoding/clearing will happen when the chip is picked from the slot.

Re-wrote the encoder mechanism as the post above states. Closing now.
