Apparently... well... uhm... i don't know what the fuck did RWTema do there.

Unstable ingots will not tick unless they are in the players inventory or held (by the mouse on guis). This means:

they will not be eligible as crafting ingredients
while crafted in the XACT machine and kept in the buffer, they can remain intact for more than 10 seconds.

Additionally, the RecipeUnstableIngotCrafting and RecipeUnstableNuggetCrafting need to be special cased, because they have to ignore the NBT on the ingredients but mind the NBT on the output.
