DWM scaling causes blurry text #124

It seems that this isn't DPI aware, no? I currently have multiple monitors with different resolutions and different dpi settings. Runs fine on my main display with sharp and clear text. However, as soon as it's dragged to other monitor, all the text becomes blurry.

Please make notepad2-mod "DPI aware". I tried using it on my new Dell XPS 15 4K laptop screen (scaled to 225%) and moving a notepad2-mod window from one screen to another causes blurry text and the icons are so small and tiny (on scaled screens) they are unusable. More and more 4K monitors and laptops are being used - please bring this DPI awareness up to date. Thanks!
