Well, the source is public and it's at least offensive to even ask.
Clearly those antivirus have broken definitions.
I could understand the installer getting flagged because of the IFEO entries, but it's a little bizarre to flag notepad2.exe itself.

could you please verify that everything is alright with the x64 build of notepad2.exe inside Notepad2-mod.4.2.25.870.exe?
