Robot Spewing Spawner : easter egg => cannot move anymore #51

Hello !

First, thanks for the great game :-) . I'll be soon looking at the sources to 
write one of my own.

I won't write a description for this "easter egg" since it's the exact same as 
the one described here : 
http://code.google.com/p/replicaisland/issues/detail?id=7

But this easter egg may sometimes lead to a bug. It happened to me at the place 
shown in this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1A8qUyPL5E

A few times, I wasn't able to recover movement after playing with the bug. I 
had to restart the level.

At the time it happened to me, I wasn't aware it was an easter egg, and I just 
felt pretty angry to be blocked this way.

I thought this was funny but most users did not.  I've removed it in the next 
release.
