Issue:

Since 10.0 patch, many old API has been changed

Fix:

Inventory and bag info should be obtained properly, and BlazorServer Frontend should show up the values correctly

Changes:

BlazorServer: FrontendUpdate only runs when the app started from BlazorServer
Core: WApi: No longer static class and instantiated by DI
