This PR updates extractor to working upstream (used in current release)

Fixes the following issue(s)

Fixes release build failure on github actions workflow due to somehow existing extractor had been deleted on JitPack, See actions failure log.

Relies on the following changes

updates extractor to "eb07d70a2ce03bee3cc74fc33b2e4173e1c21436"

@XiangRongLin Deleting & recreating tag 0.22.3.2 should create new release build as android studio builds successfully with this extractor update
