I had to rely on my knowledge of Python, and my limited knowledge of machine learning to figure out roughly what was going on. I recognize that you probably all understand it fully right now, but if you come back in a few months or years to make modifications, it's going to cost you some time to get re-acquainted. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not usually great about adding comments when I'm first writing the code, but I always leave time to add them later since I know I'll be coming back at some point. It costs time in the short-term, but especially for large projects like this, it will save you time in the long-term.
