Enviroment setting #35

I noticed that your environment has CUDA version 10.1 and PyTorch version 1.5, but I have an RTX 3090 graphics card. The RTX 3090 only supports CUDA versions above 11, and PyTorch needs to be greater than 1.7. I wonder if there are any other newer environment setup options available.

I use another non-official code from https://github.com/2gunsu/monocon-pytorch , may be you can try it.
