SDK: query order info respond with 400~Sign in request for valid query

I'm querying for order information using URL:

http://data.xiaocong.tv/queryOrderInfo.action?orderNo=100028100000000000000000000003&version=2&sign=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Server is responding with "400~Sign is request" which mean sign query parameter is missing when it is clearly not.

This is a bug. Sorry. We'll upgrade the server tomorrow.

Our server guy said they have upgraded the server. You still got 400?
