Hi,

I am trying to test your code on our data which has about 1.6 million localizations. Since this number of locs. is too much, I used your split code with the default settings to split up the data after which I got Split_filename.mat file which I input to `run_script_DDC.m'.

The issue that I have is that when I run run_script_DDC.m on the split file, it start printing the message "Still Working on step 1, wait for me" in Command Window, however, after a few minutes Ubuntu freezes such that I need to force restart the system. I do not receive any error or warning it just freezes the system. The system that I have has 32 GB of memory and an 8-core Core-i7 CPU.

Could you please help me with that?
