Can I train my existing model with new datasets without starting the training process from scratch? #13

Dear DeepH Development Team,

I am currently using DeepH-E3 for my machine learning projects and have trained a model successfully with my initial dataset. I would like to enhance my model's performance by incorporating additional data. My question is whether Deep-E3 supports incremental learning where I can continue training my existing model with new datasets without starting the training process from scratch.

Thanks,

Hi, DeepH-E3 can do what you want. Please take a look at the options checkpoint_dir and use_new_hypp and their descriptions in this default train config.
