Well, I strongly disagree! macOS has fantastic multitouch support on the trackpad to begin with. And once BigSurface v6.5 and the IPTSDaemon v1.4 are properly installed, you get the same fantastic multitouch support on your touchscreen.
Tested on macOS Ventura and Sonoma on SB3 and SP7.
Please make sure BigSurface v6.5 is installed and working correctly, then download and install the IPTSDaemon v1.4 by following my HOWTO.
