I've been trying to track this down for ages, and even limited the distance you can move the wrist from the hand because I thought people were grabbing it accidentally and flinging it away.
Do the logs reset after a restart? I could ask the guy for his logs now.
Otherwise, if it ever happens again to anyone I'll scream at them for logs. xD
A new log gets created for each session up to 10 logs prior to the current, so total of 11 sessions.
Each one has the date and time of the session start appended at the end.
If unsure which log, he can just zip them all up and I will go through them.

Alright, I'll ask them, they're US timezone though so will probably take a while.
Aww man... seems like when I told him to delete the config folder, he deleted the entire XSOverlay appdata folder.
From his oldest log, out of 4 logs: [XSOVR] | 5/13/2021 12:20:45 AM | No Settings files exists, creating a new one!
I'll ask if he can check his recycle bin.
He couldn't find anything, dunno what happened there, but logs are long gone. I'll DM you his post-issue logs just in case there's something in them.
Had a friend experience the wrist menu go into space the other day, had to delete the config file since you can't open settings without the wrist menu.
Would be nice if you could reset settings from the taskbar icon menu as a backup.
