Possibility to add Linux/SteamOS Support #198

Feature Description: Would you consider publishing XSOverlay for Linux/SteamOS as well? I know from other overlay apps that possibly the hardest part is to get screen capture running, which is why one of them (openvr-widgets) opted for just omitting screen capture for Linux builds for the time being.

I'd like to second this even if it's a tweak to fix proton compatibility -- right now all the UI works in VR, the only issue is that XSOverlay can't detect screens to cast, or desktops (the only available option for each just displays a transparent window) perhaps some inspiration can be taken from the XRDesktop project?
