[SQU-274] Send window to fake second monitor #247

Some games like ETS2 need to be in foreground in order to work, but i don't have a second display. I saw some fake display driver somewhere on github but i can't find it anymore. Would by much nicer if XSO had this built-in

This is something I've been looking into and it's a little more complex that it seems on the surface.

Drivers need to be signed, and even the most streamlined version of a fake display driver (that I actually use in my day to day life) requires an admin prompt for the display to actually be added or removed from the system.

I'm still looking into it, but it will probably be awhile before I am able to figure it out in a streamlined way.
