Feature request: Double click both grips to activate #249

I would like to have an option to double click the grips on both my controllers to activate layout mode (like OVR Toolkit). I don't have any extra buttons to spare on my vive wands and I was surprised how often I accidentally activated layout mode when moving from ovr toolkit to xsoverlay.

I couldn't find out how, but if there's a way to do this in the steam controller bindings, I would love to know
