Describe the bug in detail: Window size reset when closing/reopening overlay

Provide steps to reproduce the bug: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior: The window should stay at the same size that I left it at.

Output Log: output_log.txt

Additional Information: This has been an issue for as long as I can remember (before the latest patches). The keyboard remembers its size when closing/reopening overlay, it's just the screens that have issues.

Can confirm this is an issue with saved windows in saved layouts, if you delete and respawn a new window, it's fixed

Just noting that this is still an issue with the latest betas.
