VRAM Usage not shown in Performance Monitor (AMD Vega GPU) #315

Hi,

Describe the bug in detail: if i open my performance overlay it shows my GPU Usage and Temperature, but not my VRAM Usage.

Provide steps to reproduce the bug: Open performance graphs.

Expected behavior: Show me the VRAM Usage

Output Log:

uWindowCapture and uDesktopCapture log: not current. Last Modified 2021 output_log_2024-01-17__22.27.39.txt ^^

Additional Information: It always was like this. Thought i might create a Issue now. The new UI looks awesome!

This should be better-ish now on the latest beta releases, but the library I'm using doesn't reliably report VRAM for AMD cards.

It would be best to report this over there: https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor/issues
