Favorited layouts & Quick layout switcher #316

Additional context: I prefer minimal setups, and in OVR Toolkit I have everything hidden behind a couple different profiles, each only displaying a single window tied to my controller, except for the first profile which is empty. In XSOverlay, it's currently at least two clicks and requires the big layout selector menu to be open. It's doable, but annoying. Having some dedicated UI to switch between layouts quickly, similar to OVR Toolkit's profile switcher, would be really nice. It's the only thing keeping me on OVR Toolkit. Or, maybe I missed something, after all I haven't used XSOverlay as much yet.
