[Build 663] Opening XSOverlay auto sets render resolution to 'custom' #318

Whenever XSOverlay is launched while in VR, it automatically adjusts the render resolution setting to 'custom' if on 'auto' prior to launching.

Do you have Force High Quality overlays turned on? If so, that is why.
