How can I get or where can I find T_cell, Z_cell, X_cell objects in my 10x Visium data (not 10x Visium HD)? #2

Hello everyone,

I would like to try BayesDeep since it seems I can use 10x Visium data, but I do not understand where I can find T_cell, Z_cell, X_cell objects (NOT 10x Visium HD).

Can you help me, please?
