blue bar from Steam's local PC-to-PC-Transfer feature is cut off, and moves download list

have multiple steam devices/PCs (in my case PC + SteamDeck)
have that local transfer feature on those enabled
PC and Deck on, with Steam open
update a game on the Deck, that has already been updated on the PC
game data gets copied from PC locally (like it's intended)
the blue bar appears in download page, and moves the queue further to the right (off screen; can be scrolled/navigated to) (see image)
- the "stop" button is also cut off
after transfer is complete, queue returns to (theme) normal

This is "non-breaking" and "still usable"/"non-critical". screen
