Steps to Produce issue:
Create spawn egg for Shadow Beast using Rune of Revival
Captured a spawner using Rune of Spawner Collection (Cave Spider)
Placed spawner like a normal block (became pig spawner)
Made Rune of Spawner Reassignment (read that it was just decrotive now)
Broke rune
Put spawn egg for shadow beast into spawner
spawner now reads Error in WAWLA
