Unsure how duplicate detection works #9

Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 5.07.25 PM.png Insufficient details on how duplicate detection works. Only mentions that when similar name detected, users will be warned. However there was no such detection.

Agreed that this is an issue. Low because most users would not have to look into the specifics of near-match duplicate detection, given the app still allows users to add near-match duplicates. Additionally, this situation is not common.

Reason for disagreement: I believe this issue should remain a medium. Having this feature stated in the user guide gives users the false impression that all their add and edit will be monitored to ensure that there would be warnings when similar names detected, so in the case of a typo, they would quickly be able to realise so.
