When I read the readme, I would like to see links to the contributing guide and other docs that are important.

Good note.

The contributing guide is the CONTRIBUTING.md, which I just updated.

In 6.14, I plan to have brief in-app help for every page.

Anyhow, any ideas or PR are welcome.

It feels better to create document online than in the app. I added a an "Online info" item in Settings->About that points to the project page here.
