strange performance difference between AMD and Intel #104

I followed the onload user guide to test two X2522 (installed on two work stations and connected directly by fibre). I'm very sure there isn't any other tuned trick except '--profile=latency' I used. when use AMD 3975wx (working at 3.5GHz) I got a latency 1200ns，while 900ns on either i9-10940x or i7-9700（of coz I set the clock 3.5GHz too) why there is gap of 300ns?what happened??
