KV260 build folder #30

For tracking - we'll add a KV260 folder since PYNQ-Helloworld bitstreams exist for the Kria and are downloaded during Kria-PYNQ install.

Should a note be added on the README file that says that the KV260 build folder exists in PR #31 @mariodruiz? Or maybe just merge the PR, are there any conflicts or reasons for not merging?
