EXT4 resize errors

I'm not sure if this is new, I don't normally monitor the boot process. I've noticed the following errors with the Philadelphia image. I have tried 2 different memory cards and reimaged them both more than 2 times each. The board eventually boots, so I'm unclear if this is a problem, or a normal part of the resizing when a new image starts for the first time?

I ran a filesystem check and this issue should be fixed in the latest release. Thanks for pointing this out! :-)

with 2016_09_09 image I see this fixed ... we will add it to image validation tests as well for future releases
