Hi I seem like the XCLBINS is not updated to the newest U250 platform

https://github.com/Xilinx/Vitis-AI/blob/2.5/setup/alveo/scripts/install_u250_xclbins.sh From what I know, xilinx_u250_gen3x16_base_4 (Release with 2022.1) The overlay I have is still for base 3 and come with 2020.2
