I saw that Vitis AI 3.0 has resources related to the VCK5000, but 3.5 does not. So I would like to confirm if it is compatible with 3.5 ?

No, you need to use VAI 3.0. The DPU for AIE based devices such as on the VCK190 and VEK5000 boards was not updated after VAI 3.0.

Thanks for you reply! I'm curious why support for the VCK5000 has been discontinued.Is it because it doesn't have AIE-ML?
