Removed default setting for resType in FC layer #7

Required to work in conjunction with PR213 from FINN. The two PRs must be merged simultaneously

Thanks Lucian. The create.py is highly fpgadataflow-specific and needs to move back into the FINN repo, so I'll use this opportunity to move that over.
