Summary of Changes

Closes #222

To add a preprocessing feature for inference server on the server side, which can be followed by inference as an ensemble.

Describe why this request is needed/good/useful etc.

Users can now send raw compressed image buffers without preprocessing to the server.

@hansely, this is a bot. I suspect the CI job that attempted to start earlier just timed out
