Very out-of-date GCC/CLANG/LLVM #6

I see the GCC/CLANG/LLVM are very out-of-date. Why not make them updated? GCC 4.9.4 CLANG 6.0.0 LLVM 6.0.0

The out-of-date tools make the building process very painful.

There were some legacy compatibility issues on dependencies, especially dealing with ROSE. As now this project has been open sourced, feel free to make a pull request on updating.
