rel-v2024.1 is outdated #1

rel-v2024.1 branch is still old Langdale version. It should be updated to the Yocto version 4.3 (nanbield)

Hi @bojczmac,

2024.1 release is based on Langdale this time in 20XX.1 release we haven't upgrade the yocto version but our 2024.2 release(Fall Release) is based on Yocto LTS.

Nanbield is already effectively EOL. Scarthgap is the LTS that will be used for 2024.2 and beyond. Note, Scarthgap in meta-xilinx and meta-xilinx-tools is already updated to include 2024.1 content, but will continue to be developed for the next 3-6 months.
