Pktgen 20.11.3 may show inaccurate statistics #3

I was running a loopback test. I found that the Tx MBits/s rate doesn't match up with Rx rate as shown below. However, once I used Pktgen 21.03.1. It is gone.

I also noticed this discrepancy in this post.
