Copied U55N files and updated source to add U55C support.
Corrected quad assignments in src/cmac_subsystem/vivado_ip/cmac_usplus files for the au55n and au55c so the ports 0/1 in design line up with port markings 1 and 2 on bracket and match pin assignments in part0_pins.xml file. (ie. qsfp0 is now cmac 0 and qsfp1 is now cmac 1)
