arm-generic-fdt: Save RAM during snapshot #84

During memory initialization, register RAM to vmstate so it can be saved during qemu_savevm_state_iterate.

This change allows users of arm-generic-fdt machine to snapshot and restore using savevm/loadvm. Tested with pre-built zynqmp and versal hw-dtb.
