Question: Why does this include a modified version of bin/common/Language/FontSmall.png? I am afraid that this might interfere with the way text is displayed in the game until given a good explanation for this change.

The change is to make "1" be a 4 pixel wide same as other numbers to present them in properly right aligned manner.

You are right. It probably should not. Let me remove it.
