Hello, just to let you know, whenever someone clicks on one of the little blue question marks next to the boxes that allow user input, the whole page refreshes completely losing the information on the triangle as well as the information entered into the boxes.

Hi, These students need to do a "Force Reload" Use one of the following:

Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
Hold the ⇧ Shift key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
Hold the Ctrl key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
Hold the ⇧ Shift key and press the F5 key.
