Xake does not compile commutative diagrams. Could you include \usepackage{tikz-cd}? Thank you Anna

This is indeed an incompatibility between externalization (which is how the SVGs are generated fromTikZ generally) and the tikz-cd package. There is some discussion of this which might help us fix this.
