In the master document, labeling seems to be counting all previous exercises... for eg

Activity 1 Exercise 1 Activity 2 Exercise 2, see Exercise (here I want it to say 1.1, but it says 2)

We need to label, via the activity number, then the exercises. This is not what is happening.
