python should be moved to interactives

maybe javascript too.

Considering that the environments to write and process code are somewhat fundamentally different than a lot of the other interactives (which are more like embedding tools or custom Ximera scripts the content author has minimal control over) would it make sense to have a /src/executable or /src/code instead? For environments where authors must actually write the language (eg python and javascript) themselves, instead of having it written in pure LaTeX and then have Ximera interpret it into other code as we do in most other cases?
